tactics, and marketing approaches designed to promote your skills
and accomplishments; this program is a must for those looking to

Communication
Effective communication is the building block for any manager to
be successful with his or her people. Without effective communication
techniques, breakdowns occur. During this session, we will demonstrate
how communication can either create action or create powerlessness
and teach participants winning communication skills that will improve
their relationships with co-workers, customers, and work teams.
Conflict Resolution
This session is specifically designed to help at least two individuals,
groups, or departments within an organization resolve dysfunctional
conflict. Conflict is neither good nor bad in itself. In some cases,
conflict between departments is necessary and productive for organizations.
In practicing effective communication techniques, participants will
work directly on improving interpersonal or intergroup relationships.
Customer Service
Its easy to lose sight of the basics, especially under the
relentless time pressure that so many of us feel in todays
technology-enabled world. Taking care of the needs, wants, and desires
of the customer, client, or guest is a basic aspect in business
that is too often overlooked. This program helps to determine and
remind us what customers need, want, and desire, and explores the
service points necessary in exceeding their expectations.
Networking
Creating relationships is essential to being successful in todays
business world. Most people are not born networkers; they develop
the skills through education, training, the right attitude, and
long practice. Whether attending a meeting, making a sales call,
or interacting in a business setting, its not who you know
but who you want to know. This session provides many of the skills
in greeting people, handing out your card, asking for their cards,
listening, excusing yourself, and introducing yourself to others.
Additional discussions will focus on emotional based marketing,
target markets, and how to work a room.
Management Training
If you dont have a specific purpose in mind, any road with
get you there. Since organizations strive to achieve a specific
purpose, someone has to define it and decide on the means for its
achievement. Management is that someone. What does management actually
do? They plan, organize, lead, and control all efforts in achieving
goals and objectives. When management achieves its organizational
goals, work performance improves; communication is enhanced, staff
remains loyal and stays on-board.
